Ian has extensive experience with a number of major international financial institutions and has over 20 year's involvement within the finance industry. Ian was formerly an Associate Director within Macquarie Bank working in the Specialised Funds Division. Ian is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales and obtained his qualification with Coopers and Lybrand, London.
Rohan Purdy, General Counsel & Company Secretary
Rohan has over 13 years experience as a corporate lawyer and company secretary. Rohan formerly held positions as a senior lawyer at both Babcock & Brown and the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). Prior to this, Rohan specialised in commercial and corporations law, practising as a senior lawyer with a number of leading law firms in Australia. Rohan holds a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Laws degree and Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Australian National University.
