Annual Corporate Governance Statement
In compliance with the ASX Listing Rules, the Board prepares an annual Corporate Governance Statement which is included each year in the Annual Report.
The annual Corporate Governance Statement outlines the Astro Group's Corporate Governance policies and practices and the extent of its compliance during the relevant reporting period with the Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations issued by the ASX Corporate Governance Council.
